I probably already know this answer...but i dont understand why people at my college talk about graduate school.. What does gradate school mean? Im going to a csu and im planning to be there for four years.. after i complete my four years do i have to go to another school for graduate school? omg please answer im confused... thanks!

Graduate school is for those who want to pursue a Master's and/or Doctorate Degree after graduation from college. If your school has a graduate school, and you want to pursue a higher degree, you don't have to change schools if they offer the program you want and you can meet the entrance requirements, which can be steep. Let me warn you that graduate school is not for the faint of heart. To be a successful graduate student, one must be extremely dedicated, focused and determined to overcome the academic obstacles one must to obtain the degree of choice. These can be quite formidable, especially for doctoral students. Graduate students often are required to serve as teaching assistants as well.
